14.4.2010: The International Students of HAAGA-HELIA Porvoo organised a 24 hours entrepreneurship camp

When students organise activities for other students it is bound to be fun! The International Students of HAAGA-HELIA Porvoo organised a 24 hours entrepreneurship camp in collaboration with Nuori Yrittäjyys on 9-10.4.2010 started 12 pm at Point house. This camp was part of SYMBIO Living Lab Project that aimed to create awareness of entrepreneurship and related skills amongst students.
The camp was encompassed of various learning and entertaining activities. Learning aspects of the camp included generating a new business idea and then developing of the very idea into a proper business plan. On the other hand, the entertaining activities amazed and energized the students to go ahead with their business plans.
Thanks to Kalle Räihä, for making Karaoke one of the most pleasant moments at the camp. Fun Sports, Bomb Disposal, Creative Sandwich and Piece of Cake can be named as the memorable time for the campers.
The students were divided into four different groups: Orange, Yellow, Blue, and Purple. Finally, the winner team (Yellow Group) was awarded by Kaija Lindroth for their best business idea. All the campers received diplomas for their participation in 24 hours Entrepreneurship Camp.
